We unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. The room had a strong odor that made us feel nauseous, leading to a night filled with discomfort. When we reported it, the front desk was unhelpful and indifferent, claiming there was no gas odor. We left in the middle of the night feeling unsafe and upset, and the hassle of trying to get a refund was incredibly frustrating.
